Ever wanted a brownie, but didn’t want to spend the time to make a whole batch? Now you can make your own individual brownie, in a mug.
Ingredients: - 1/4 cup of flour - 1/4 cup of sugar - 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/4 cup of water - a pinch of salt - 1 tbsp of vegetable or canola oil Directions: -Add the dry ingredients into a microwave safe mug and mix. Then add the wet ingredients in and stir throughly. - Microwave it for 1 minutes and 30 seconds. If the mug brownie isn’t ready yet, microwave it for an 30 seconds. If you want to, you can add some powdered sugar on top. Now you’re done! Enjoy :)

You will need: Put a 1/2 cup of flour in a bowl, and put it in the microwave for about 2:30 minutes in 30 second intervals. That will heat treat the flour, so that you won't get sick. Now you melt half a stick of butter and add that into the flour. Then add a pinch of salt, and a pinch of baking no soda. Add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. After that add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 a tablespoon of milk. Then mix everything together. If you want to, you can add some chocolate chips. I only had baking chocolate, so I cut it up into small pieces and added that to my cookie dough. This cookie dough is great to eat by the spoonful, but if you want to, you can roll them into balls. Now you're done!
Ingrerients:
- 3/4 cup of lemon juice (freshly squeezed or store bought) - 6 cups of cold water - 3/4 cup of sugar - (optional) lemon zest Mix all the ingredients together, then taste. This is a pretty simple recipe, but you can customize this recipe any way you want by adding more/less of the ingredients, or add some extra ingredients such as mint, berries, and peaches. |
